Ok, so I made my black belt back in July, but sitting here and thinking of committments and busyness and goals and staying fit, I realize I haven't been training as much as I used to.
Any my excuse? Because I have been swamped at work so I don't have time.
I'm tired. I need a vacation....
So where is the balance? Dang it!
So I'm back to committing to Taekwondo again. Going twice or three times a week...blah, blah.
And then what happens when I get too stressed to continue? I will pull back, reassess those priorities and decide what needs to be tossed out the window.
I really don't have to keep up with everything.
